Register of Planning Decisions

Section 375A of the Local Government & Planning Legislative Amendment (Political Donations) Act, 2008 requires the General Manager to keep a register of planning decisions made at a Council or Committee meeting that includes the names of Councillors who supported the decision and those that opposed (or taken to have opposed) the decision.
