Upper Hunter Shire Council has released land for sale in Murrurundi and Merriwa.

Rosedale Estate Murrurundi

Stage 1 – 17 lots ranging in size from 1,000sqm to 1,834sqm with frontage to Little Street and overlooking the Rosedale Sports complex and the Murrurundi valley. All are kerb & guttered, town water and sewer. All lots are now for sale by private treaty and start @ $70,000.
