Complying Development Form

For a development application to be classified as Complying Development, it must satisfy the criteria that have been specified in the Upper Hunter Shire Council Development Control Plan for Exempt and Complying Development. If this criteria is met, Council will be aiming to produce the determination for the application within seven (7) days of lodgement.
