S94A Development Contributions Plan

Council has resolved to adopt the Upper Hunter Shire Council Section 94A Levy Contributions Plan 2008. The Plan becomes effective on 1 July 2008.
The plan authorises Council, in certain circumstances, to impose a condition of development consent requiring the payment of a levy, based on the value of the development. A copy of the plan can be downloaded from the link below.
