Development Approval General Information

A development application is required for most development. All of the following information must be submitted before the application will be considered
- Development application form, with information required (see notes on application form)
- Consent of all the owners on the application form
- Payment of fees in accordance with the schedule
- Copies of site and design plans
- Written Submission/ Statement of Environmental Effects/Environmental Impact Statement
