Local Environmental Plan
The Local Environmental Plans from the former Merriwa, Murrurundi and Scone Councils are still applicable under the new Upper Hunter Shire Council within their respective areas. A review of the plans to prepare a new Local Environmental Plan will be undertaken in the near future and will cover the whole of the new Council area.
