Development Control Plans
A Development Control Plan contains guidelines for development within specific areas of the Upper Hunter Shire Council area. These guidelines will be given close consideration when development applications are assessed. Development Control Plans listed below are from the former Scone, Merriwa & Murrurundi Shire Councils, however they are still applicable to proposals in their respective areas within the new Upper Hunter Shire Council.
