Where can I get technical advice about rainwater tanks?

Rainwater tanks come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, colours and materials. They can be fitted with ‘top-up' devices to ensure they never run-dry; with pumps to regulate pressure; and can be designed to fit under houses and in the ground. More information is available from manufacturers (look under ‘Tanks' in the yellow pages, or look on the internet under ‘water tanks' or ‘rainwater tanks'). Your plumber can provide installation and sizing advice, especially if they are an accredited ‘enviroplumber'.
