What is the procedure for booking a park?

• Contact Council on 6540 1115, who will take a tentative booking for you.
• Council will post out an application form and a quotation based on basic fees for hire of the park.
• You complete the application form and return it to Council along with insurance documentation
• Staff will assess your application and send you a tax invoice for payment and/or letter requesting additional information.
• On receipt of payment and/or any additional information requested, a confirmation of your booking will be forwarded.
