Upper Hunter Shire Council has prepared the abovementioned documents which are parts of an overall Upper Hunter Shire Council Development Control Plan. The documents set out the requirements for outdoor signage in the Shire and development in the Scone Business Park. The draft documents are on display at each of Council's offices and available by clicking the links below. Written submissions are invited and will be accepted up until 4.00pm Friday, 4 December 2009. Further enquiries can be directed to Council's Environmental Services Department on 6540 1136.
