State of the Environment Report 2008-2009

The Upper Hunter Shire Council has prepared the State of Environment Report 2008-2009 in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993.
The State of Environment Report contains information about the environment, pressures and response measures in the Upper Hunter Local Government Area. The Draft Report is on display at each of Council's offices and available by clicking the link below.
Public comments and submissions are invited and will be accepted up until 4.00pm Thursday 12 November 2009. Enquiries regarding the State of Environment Report should be directed to Council's Environmental Services Department on 6540 1136.
