Management Plan

Management Plan 2009/10 - 2012/13

Council's Management Plan was considered by Council on 29 June 2009.  Council scheduled a series of public meetings during the month of May to explain the Plan and seek input from the community.

The Management Plan contains Council's

• vision, mission, charter and objectives

• functions, activities, services and performance indicators

• asset replacement program and capital projects

• environmental activities

• proposed rates, fees and charges

• budget

Strategic Plan & Future Works Program

The Strategic Plan, is a non-statutory plan developed by Council to enable it to look broadly at its long term objectives, well beyond the statutory Management Planning period of three years and having thought through its longer term goals, to define milestones in both the medium term (5-10 years) and the shorter term (1-5 years) to meet these longer term goals.
